That's a question we get asked all the time. "Why don't you charge for this information? Our response is, why should we charge anyone for information

that is available for FREE from almost every State or Province Treasury Department. "Why would we do that?" "Well, other websites charge for this".

OK, so they do. We don't. Everyone is entitled to their own way of doing things. We see no reason to charge anyone for something that is free.

A few years ago Susan came across the New York State Comptrollers Site, which listed unclaimed funds in order to reach people and make sure that 

they get the funds that are due to them. NO CHARGE. So, Susan started searching the names of relatives and friends and when she came across a

listing of unclaimed funds that belonged to a friend or relative, she let them know. They collected their funds. They were thrilled. Susan was happy.

After a while, it became a bitcumbersome to search the names of everyone we knew to see if anyone else was due funds and then contact them and

explain where they had to go to access the funds. So, we figured why not create a website that links to every State Treasurer and send
